Jessica and Adam met five years ago . She was working in London as a secretary in a medical centre, but she was still studying at the university. One day she saw him in a classroom. He was a university student, but was doing a summer job. He was working in a fast food shop. He had come to the place where she was working in 4th Avenue. As Adam was leaving, he left a little message next to Jessica's computer that said "Hi! I'm Adam, from Kansas University. I saw you a couple of days ago there. Call me, please. My phone number is 579-8888" . Jessica phoned him when she finished her work time and they met the same evening. Adam and Jessica liked each other a lot. Jessica liked Adam's jokes, he was very funny, and Adam liked that Jessica was very intelligent. One day a terrible thing happened. Jessica was hit by a car while she was crossing the street. She was badly hurt. Six months later, Jessica was OK again. Adam had helped her a lot by visiting and entertaining her.
